Ignite Fitness is a Personal Training only facility in Apex, NC. We have a variety of strength training and fitness equipment to accommodate almost any fitness goal or ability. I work with people of all ages and backgrounds, and especially love working with beginners and anyone who wants to get stronger or feel more confident in their body! I love getting to know you as an individual and make fitness work for you! If my availability doesn't fit for you, all of our trainers are experienced and knowledgeable and we will work with you to find someone that fits!
